We collect and process personally identifiable information ("personal data") in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 which entered into force on 25 May 2018 from individuals who voluntarily submit such information to us, and we protect and secure all such data by appropriate means.
We collect names, postal addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers in relation to our routine activities and also collect anonymised statistical information from our website host.
If you wish to request a copy of the information that we hold about you or wish us to update or delete any personal data that we hold please contact us at GDPR@birnbeckregenerationtrust.org.uk.
We only use your personal information to correspond with you and for administrative purposes.
We do not pass any personal data to other third parties.
We necessarily reserve the right to share your personal information with official bodies if we are legally obliged to do so for any reason.
